Our Story
From one soccer field to a four-program Denver-Metro collective
Mile High Kids Collective started with a single coach, a bag of soccer balls, and a belief that every Denver-Metro neighborhood deserves access to high-quality youth enrichment. What began as a Soccer Stars territory in the Denver metro quickly grew into something bigger, a local operating platform built around one core idea: the best children's programs should be easy to find, easy to join, and consistently excellent.
MHK is a local operator of Youth Athlete United (YAU) brands. YAU owns the program brands; we deliver them locally, bringing nationally recognized curricula to specific Denver-Metro neighborhoods while maintaining the personal touch that families depend on. We don't just run programs, we build relationships with the venues, coaches, and families that make each session meaningful.
Today, Mile High Kids Collective operates Soccer Stars and Little Medical School across Denver, South Denver, and Aurora, and Amazing Athletes (including our Karate Zoo program) in Aurora. Our team handles everything from coach training and venue partnerships to registration logistics and parent communication, so the programs your child experiences are as polished behind the scenes as they are on the field.
We measure success by one standard: whether a child walks away with more confidence than they arrived with. Every operational decision, from class size to coaching ratios to schedule design, flows from that principle.
